I’m trying a new pen for lettering (and sheet music). It’s a dip pen, and I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it, but I feel pretty cool using it.

With the new year, I’m shooting to have my shit together and get more done in general. So let’s hope that this Journal Comic Jeudi isn’t just a fluke, and there will be new stuff every week.

I haven’t been doing a good job of making comics, have I? I’ve gotten a bit overwhelmed with preparation for next week’s burlesque show, it seems. I hope to get back on track soon! But in the meantime, I’ll post a few old strips (you can tell by how short my hair is) about pretending to buy the house in which I now live!
